PMRT Sixth Annual Report – December 2024
Learning from Standardised Reviews when Babies Die
The MBRRACE-UK/PMRT collaboration is pleased to announce the publication on the 12th December 2024 of the sixth annual report of findings from reviews completed using the National Perinatal Mortality Review Tool (PMRT) in 2023.
In 2024 we conducted a survey of PMRT lead users to gather data regarding service improvements implemented as a consequence of PMRT review findings. Service users from 38 trusts and health boards completed the survey. The majority supplied information about more than one improvement; 116 improvements were outlined in total.
The quality improvement activities they reported are available in the following downloadable files.
